Neither "./mach mochitest --help" nor "./mach --help mochitest" give help for the mochitest command, and "./mach --help" does not list "help as a command.

says that "mach command --help" should work, which matches my recollection, but this seems to have regressed.
Perhaps a regression from bug 1175968.
