Steps to reproduce:

First you need encode unicode-domain (яндекс.рф for example) to percent-encoding format %D1%8F%D0%BD%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%81.%D1%80%D1%84
Then put http://%D1%8F%D0%BD%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%81.%D1%80%D1%84/ in address bar, click enter


Actual results:

Prefix www. add to the URI, and tranform to www.яндекс.рф instead of яндекс.рф
An error ocured "Server not found www.%d1%8f%d0%bd%d0%b4%d0%b5%d0%ba%d1%81.%d1%80%d1%84. "


Expected results:

Firefox don't need add prefix "www." to correct open site
