This is kind of two bugs, but the basic bug is that the rocketbar presentation is incorrect.
On the homescreen, it should have the search text. If AppChrome loads in time, it will, otherwise it will get the title like other apps.
The pin button should also not be displayed on the homescreen.

Just style fix-ups. Ignore app title and don't show pin badge on homescreens. (this doesn't affect the vertical homescreen, as it has its own search bar)
