From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020103 BuildID: 2002010308 Mozilla (0.9.7) crashed, apparently in such a way as to corrupt the user profile. After this I was unable to start mozilla--the icon appeared in the doc and the splash screen functioned as normal but after this I only got a spinning CD icon. The profile manager started, but trying to delete the profile caused it to hang. Downloading the latest build (2001010308) did not improve the situation. What did work in the end was deleting the Mozilla folder in Users/me/Home/Library, which is what causes me to deduce that the problem is with the profile. Reproducible: No suggestions
