Bug report from a friend, when talking to someone with a single quote in their name (and on Facebook), the person shows up with a double quote in Instantbird.
E.g. Foo O'Bar becomes Foo O"Bar.
I suspect this is a Facebook bug with their XMPP interface, which is officially not supported so...
I'm going to pull protocol dump at least and see what's going on.

I received a protocol log that I've anonymized. It seems to show that the received name *DOES* have a single quote in it. Thus we're either breaking this in the XMPP code or in the UI.

XMPP no longer works with Facebook.
