Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Developer Tools on Windows (or Ubuntu)
2) Enable Ruler
Actual results:
Pixel graduation line of Ruler is NOT displayed on Windows and Ubuntu.
Expected results:
Pixel graduation line of Ruler is displayed on OS X.
It should be displayed on Windows and Ubuntu in the same way.
