Steps to Reproduce:
1.type https://www.redhat.com/apps/user/login.html
Actual Results: It appears this popup
"Unknown socket type. Loading aborted"
Expected Results: The certificate pop-up would appear.

wfm using build 2002010608 on Win2k.
Reporter, did you install the PSM RPM which enable accessing SSL sites ?

Reporter: PSM is required for https. When using RPM, install mozilla-psm. When
using the installer, keep PSM selected.
Duping to 47617, please reopen if installing PSM didn't work.
