Known issue from OM alpha release: When capturing a photo in WhatsApp, the photo gets saved twice in Firefox Gallery.

verify with ACL 0.1.19 and Whatsapp 2.12.157-omrel1.0.10, still has this problem
verify with ACL 0.1.39 and Whatsapp 2.12.252-omrel1.0.13, still has this problem

Verified on ACL v0.1.52 and Whatsapp (2.12.252-omrel1.0.15). Issue still happens
Verified on Whatsapp (2.12.286-omrel1.0.16) and ACL (0.1.54-SP7715). Issue still happens
When you take a photo in WhatsApp it puts a copy in the gallery. When you Send the photo, it puts a copy in a Sent Items folder. On Android this Sent folder is excluded being displayed in the Gallery. There is no such support for excluding folders from the gallery in FxOS, so this is blocked until that feature is implemented.
