Known issue from OM alpha release:
Sometimes notifications are not visible for received messages in the notification bar
Reproduced issue with Firmware W595_DEBUG.pac and ACL 0.1.2.
Tested on P172R12V1.0.0_ENG.pac with ACL v0.1.6, and No longer able to reproduce.
We believe this was resolved with the firmware update.
