Using a phone running Android M Preview 2 and the latest Firefox Nightly build the browser crashes when navigating to air.mozilla.org (just before finishing loading the website). See attached log.

So far this is only reproducible with Nightly.

After clearing app data everything is okay again. However after uninstalling and installing Nightly again, Android M's auto backup kicks in (bug 1185920), and it crashes again whenever I navigate to air.mozilla.org.

I do not see this issue with a Nexus 5, Android M release 2 and Nightly.

Might be nice to try and figure out why a restored profile is somehow causing a crash. The simple fix, we hope, is to block the profile from backup/restore in bug 1190375.

Like bug 1185444 I haven't been able to reproduce this anymore. With Preview 3 this never happened so far. Kevin hasn't been able to reproduce and the log doesn't seem to be helpful either: Closing.
