Details

Alphabetize the en-US grapheme to phoneme dictionary by grapheme to prevent us from entering graphemes more than once. Currently the grapheme to phoneme dictionary is almost alphabetical which will lead to confusion, as one thinks it is alphabetized but it is not. So, one may add an entry which is already there but not in its alphabetized location.
