Details

An OL list with START="0" should start the list numbering at 0. Mozilla ignores the START attribute all together if the value is equal to zero. IE 5.5 works correctly, starting the list at zero. Netscape 4.78 has the same behavior has Mozilla. The W3C document lists the value type as "number", and defines nummer as a value consisting of "at least one digit [0-9]". This implies that zero is a valid number. The same rule should be applied to the VALUE attribute with an LI element.
