Talking to Josh today, the B2G v2.0 release has reached a point where no new releases are planned for it other than the work happening on the related-but-separate v2.0m branch. In order to free up automation and engineering resources, we would like to formally EOL v2.0.

What it means:
* No more builds/tests on the releases/mozilla-b2g32_v2_0 branch.
* No more automatic security backports to the v2.0 release (i.e. sec-high/crit bugs). Unless specifically requested by Release Management, security fixes will not be backported to v2.0m either as we have no automation for that branch to ensure that the backport was done correctly.
* The blocking-b2g:2.0, status-b2g-v2.0, approval‑mozilla‑b2g32, and approval‑gaia‑v2.0 flags will be retired.

What it doesn't mean:
* The v2.0m blocking/status flags will remain in use for the supported duration of any releases based off that branch.
--> We do not have approval flags for this branch, so I'd propose either creating them or just leaving blocking-b2g:2.0M+ as sufficient approval for uplift.
* Backports for v2.0m bugs will continue as needed.

I added some other clean-ups while I was here. As we discussed on IRC today, we'll need to deal with dual-landing this on mozilla-central as well. It's not as clear to me if we should land it on the B2G release branches as well.

We do not need 2.0M flag anymore and I think we can also remove it with this bug.
