1186400 - Autophone - 2015-07-22 - nexus-5-kot49h-1 has fallen and can't get up

nexus-5-kot49h-1 disappeared from adb/usb this morning and a reboot of the host did not recover it. I manually rebooted and it is still not visible on adb devices.

Can one of you check on it? We may need to swap it out with one of the spare nexus 5 devices.

nexus-5-kot49h-1 was powered down. I booted it and it is stuck in the spinning multicolored balls of death mode.

marc swapped the nexus-5-kot49h-4 device in and I've updated the manifest locally on the production host and added the device.

I don't think there's much value in having hardware config files reviewed.  Recorded, sure, but I think the decision should be up to you.
