1186423 - Intent links can be opened from PB mode leaking info to other apps

We should at least prompt the user before opening the app.

Note: this also includes our Intent to search the app store when we can't find any other app to open an Intent uri.

This sounds like another flavor of bug 1153087. We should fix these.

Users won't hit this often, but if they do, this is a bad experience. Let's try to get a fix in 43.

This could be fixed by bug 1173147, but we should add a little extra to the copy so the user better understands the implications of pb and intents.

Yeah, since this would likely be in the form of some prompt or toast possibly.  I think this should be resolved through bug 1173147 as well. 

I'll leave some UX in there :)
