118662 - Can't access system menu from xul menubar using keyboard

Saw this on win2k
win32 2001-01-07-08 Trunk

Stesp to repro:
1)Launch Browser
2)Hit Alt+F and right arrow 8 times

Expected results: One of the arrow moves should have pulled  down the menu you
see when you click on the tiny "N" icon above the file menu, which has the menu
items Move, Size, Minimize,Maximize,Close"

Actual results: Only Text menus can be reached for File, EditView, search etc)

suzanne, are you sure you meant alt+F in the recipe above? i'm just curious,
because i get nearly same results in Communicator 4.7x [winnt].

and/or, were you using another browser? IE?

Yes, Comm 4.78 works the smae, except it *can* access the Move/Size  menu, while
Netscape 6.x can't.
Aaron sez this is a bug, we should be able to see the whole menu invoked thru
keyboard keys. You can access individual elements of this menu (Like Alt+Space+s
keys for for "Size" menu option) but you cannot access the menu in it's "pull
down" form to see these menu options.

spoke with suzanne about this today --the usual keyboard shortcut, alt+spacebar,
does work [fixed long ago]. it's the particular series of steps she originally
reported here --to do the same thing by using the right arrow-- that this bug
covers.

couldn't find an existing bug for this, however, so leaving it as New.
