We set the pending pings quota on mobiles to 1MB (bug 1168835, [1]), quite lower than the desktop quota limit which is 15MB.

We should check how often we're hitting the quota and eventually increase the quota limit on mobiles.

Further monitoring and quality work should be driven from that.
