1186929 - Installing apps to simulator 2.0 times out when large screen size is used

STR:

1. Open WebIDE in Nightly 42
2. Configure Simulator 2.0 to use the VIA Vixen screen size (1024 x 600)
3. Start Simulator 2.0
4. Install some local app you are working on

Should install successfully. 

AR:

The app does install, but WebIDE reports the install times out.

The strange part is if you reset to default screen size (320 x 570), the you don't get an error!

In my local testing, I only saw this with 2.0.  The SO user report mentions 1.3 and 1.4 as well, but those did not reproduce for me.

Unlikely to make any changes to outdated simulators given recent FxOS announcements.
