Bug 1177576 removes the dedicated Mixed Content doorhangers and instead integrates them with the Site Identity one. We need to add back the "Learn more" link.

We'll want to put it right above the "Edit Site Settings" link (if it exists), or just at the bottom.

"Learn more" link is present on the side identity doorhanger and tapping it, opens a new tab with information about tracking protection.

Verified as fixed using:
Device: Alcatel One Touch (Android 4.1.2)
Builds: Firefox for Android 42.0a2 (2015-08-14) and  Firefox for Android 43.0a1 (2015-08-13)
