Steps to reproduce:
- Maximize the Firefox window.
- Go to a page with a scroll bar.
- Move mouse all to the right of the screen.
- Click.
Actual results:
Nothing.
Expected results:
Window should have scrolled to the mouse position.

I just upgraded a second machine that was not affected from Fedora 21 to Fedora 22, now it reproduces there as well. (First machine ran Fedora 22 all along.)
