This is the Gaia build system portion of Bug 1156198.

In order to support preloading the ServiceWorker cache in Gecko, we need the Gaia build system to bundle the resources needed by ServiceWorkers.

The current plan is for each app to list it's entries to preload in a new webapp manifest entry 'swcache-preload', and 'prefetch' and package them from the build system.

Hi Andrew, it was my fault (an accident using bugzilla in my device), I sent an e-mail to Marshall yesterday to ask him to set the bug as public again. Great if you can do it, as i don't have the correspondí y permissions.
