The password manager asks me for a master password over and over within a single
session, though I have it set to ask just once per session.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
I use a master password for the password manager. In settings, I have the radio
button checked "Mozilla will ask for your master password: the first time it is
needed". According to the online help, this means once per browsing session, the
first time (if at all) it is needed for some purpose.

I frequently use the master password: I have an IMAP account, a different SMTP
account, and a number of sites with form-based logins I use, for which I used
the stored-password feature.

I assume this bug is not reproducible for everyone, since if it were, the
functionality would be clearly and noticeably broken. The only thing I can think
of that might be special in my case is that I have reset my master password a
couple of times since I started using Mozilla.

Actual Results:  The first time the master pw. is needed, Mozilla asks me for
it, and I type it in. But then it often asks me for it again, sometimes several
times in a row. In fact it *usually* (but not I think always) asks me for it. I
go to check incoming email, and it asks, then sends the correct password to the
IMAP server. I send a message, it asks again, then SMTP works. I go to a web
page with a form login, it asks again (maybe a couple times), then fills in the
correct login.

Expected Results:  Expected it to ask only once per session, assuming I have not
mistyped it etc.
