I think it would make sense even after a logshake to have a login first before the logs attach to a bug. 2. or at least have the open bug only happen after a logshake; not on first launch. Hey Jacqueline, I just found the launch a little weird in flow.

Not sure if this bug is still relevant or not as I believe it works as you described in your option 2. The idea for launching the file a bug screen before the login screen on logshake is so that the user can enter in bug information offline. If we require the user to login first they will not be able to do this.

This is by design, if the login was required before filing a bug, doing so offline would be impossible
