User Story

Summary:
* As a user, I want to select which permissions a site can access so they don’t have access to more than I think they need.

Acceptance Criteria: 
* User can click on “Select what to allow”
* User is taken to permissions sub-panel in the Control Center, where all possible permissions are listed, and the site’s requested permissions are highlighted to allow the user granular control
