From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221
BuildID: 2001122106

I've got nearly the same prob like i' ve got with netscape 6.2.1:
Clicking at a HTML-Mail with backgroundpicture included, in my Inbox or in
another Mailfolder curses a ugly bug. On Netscape the Mailprog was nearly
disabled, that means clicking on another mail does not work anymore until I
click on the button in the middle of the screen which make the mail scoll to
bottom. Now i am able to click on another Mail (schould be an only-text-Mail).
Maximize the Mailwindow and everything is fine again. In Mozilla this bug is a
little bit softer: When cklick on such a Mail CPU-Usage turns to 100% (Mouse
"laggs"), when clicking on a Text-Mail CPU-Usage turns to normal (low).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Sending a Mail e.g. with outlook express to my e-Mailaddress. I send this Mail
in TXT and Html-format. This Mail must have an Backroundpicture. This Picture
must be sent with the Mail. (Mail-Size: e.g. 50k) If the Backroundpicture is
just an url there is no bug
2. Recieving this Mail with Netscape or Mozilla Mail
3. Click on the Mail, so that it is shown in the Mail-Window

Actual Results: ---> CPU-USAGE is now 100% until i click on another Mail

Expected Results: CPU-USAGE is expected to keep low

On earlier Versions of Netscpe (e.g. 4.76) or with Outlook it is possible to
send e-Mails with backroundpicture and the picture is somehow added to the Mail
so that the reciepient is able to look at it offline. In this Version of Mozilla
and in Netscape 6.2.1 there is only the posibillity to specify an url as
backround in Mails, so you can't look at it offline!
I think that's bad.

Thanks for help, support, or even a bugfix. Bye Marten Richert
Comment on the attached file:
View this file in Mozilla browser is fine!
Dont know how to view this file with Mozilla-Mail.
Maybe import the file or something. I createt it with right clicking on it and
then "save as" *.eml
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530

Happens for me too, I noticed that the load seems to get eaten by Explorer.exe
and not Mozilla.exe, marking this as NEW, this should really get fixed.
