Same task as bug 1188476 for non-smoke jobs.
At the moment, we have 2 (out of 113) non-smoke tests flagged as unstable. Having only 2 jobs for the non-smokes wouldn't make sense. I appended +stable to type on non-smoke.{1,2}, and I created a 3rd job "non-smoke.unstable". I repeated the operation for the bitbar jobs vs the MTV lab, and for nightly vs tinderbox.
