Description:
Attempting to transfer a file from the DUT via NFC will result in a shrinking UI, but swiping up on the desired content will never initiate a transfer on the receiving device.

This occurs with Music, Images, and Contacts
This does NOT with URLs, which can be transferred properly.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150728162417
2) Enable NFC on the DUT and a receiving device.
3) Launch the Gallery app and open an image to transfer
4) Tap the back of the DUT and the second device, then swipe up on the image to transfer the file.

Actual:
The image will swipe up, but the transfer will not start.

Expected:
The image will transfer from the DUT to another device properly.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.5 builds.
Music, Images, and Contacts will not transfer over NFC, although URLs will transfer.

This issue is still occurring on the lastest Flame master build. 

Nothing happens when trying to share a picture with another device using NFC. 

Kan-Ru, can you take a look at this please? Looks like the landing for bug 1179718 might have caused this.
