Steps to reproduce:

1) Open "Add-ons for Firefox" (https://addons.mozilla.org)
2) Show Page Info


Actual results:

Meta list in the Page Info often does not display meta information in the first row.


Expected results:

Meta list should display all meta element information.

Here is a testcase. Opening it and making a right click on the empty site and selecting "View Page Info" does show an empty meta tag and the X-UA-Compatible meta tag. Removing "<meta charset='utf-8'/>" from the testcase does cause the empty meta tag to disappear.
