(Whiteboard: [specification][type:feature])

What problem would this feature solve? ====================================== It would allow to have the data at a central point and to use it within display templates. Who has this problem? ===================== All contributors to MDN How do you know that the users identified above have this problem? ================================================================== - How are the users identified above solving this problem now? ============================================================ They are including the data statically within the articles. Do you have any suggestions for solving the problem? Please explain in detail. ============================================================================== The data might be scraped automatically from the different pages as it was done for the 'CSSData' template. Or it can be manually added. Is there anything else we should know? ======================================

We're moving away from data macros (and generally from KumaScript) as much as possible. If we want to expose certain type of data, it should be filed under mdn/data or other repos. ALso, It might be worth discussing a plan on discourse first (with details on what data structure to expose), before filing implementation bugs. Closing here.
