**Requirements:** - For users who aren't signed-in (or signed-up) to a FxA already, they should be able to be pointed to the appropriate FxA sign-in/sign-up page from within the Firefox Hello flow and then be routed back to their Hello flow once signed-in. - This likely depends on the FxA sign-in/sign-up page rewrite from native to web
