User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0 Build ID: 20150630154324 Steps to reproduce: Open Pandora.com in any browser with Flash uninstalled or disabled. Bug was produced independently in 39 Branch stable release and 40.0b8 Beta release with the same results in both. Actual results: I opened Pandora.com on a new computer with Flash uninstalled and was greeted with the message "In order to use Pandora internet radio, please upgrade to a more current browser or install a newer version of Flash (v.10 or later)." Opening Pandora on a different computer with Flash installed, the website works fine. Disable Flash results in the same message. Expected results: Pandora rolled out HTML5 support in 2011, as near as I can tell. All this time, I thought it was using HTML5 until firing it up for the first time on a new computer. (Did I miss something?)
The help pages for Firefox, Chrome and Safari all mention Flash Player being required. http://help.pandora.com/customer/portal/articles/24256-firefox-troubleshooting http://help.pandora.com/customer/portal/articles/24254-chrome-troubleshooting http://help.pandora.com/customer/portal/articles/24257-safari-troubleshooting Therefore, I don't see any action to be taken here.
