Steps to reproduce:

Launch Firefox with newest Flash Player Beta installed, open several sites that play sound. All show the mute icon. YouTube, SoundCloud, Pandora, Etc. Click the mute icon to mute audio.


Actual results:

All tabs muted correctly, be they Flash or HTML Audio, with the exception of Pandora.


Expected results:

Pandora should have muted. Perhaps a deeper issue is present?

Created this bug to allow easy tracking of other sites having similar issues.

I'm not in the US so I cannot test Pandora.  Dolske, can you please find someone who can figure out how exactly Pandora plays its audio?

What URL are you seeing this on?  I used Pandora with a proxy and it worked fine for me.

Can you please get your Flash Player version from about:plugins?  Also, have you seen this on other websites?

I've verified that this bug exists in both Flash 32 and 64-bit.

I have passed on some debugging information to my contact at Adobe which can help them fix this issue.  I will update the bug when I know more.

I think this will be fixed in the next beta version of Flash.
Not to nag, but any word on this? I'm on version 19.0.0.133 and it's still not working (I haven't tried 32-bit Nightly). Did they indicate a version in which they expected it to be fixed?
This is fixed in the beta Flash player that came out today.

Aha, bad timing on my part. I can confirm that it works with Flash version 19.0.0.142!

It seems that you can't mute Periscope tabs.
