1189897 - Android Talos not producing talosdata blob, so no data in perfherder

Unclear why, but it looks like Android talos isn't producing the TALOSDATA blob, so data isn't being ingested by treeherder/perfherder.

You can see the abrupt stop in new data here:

Just look at any recent talos log to notice lack of TALOSDATA.

Android talos uses a different mozharness path so bug 1187082 doesn't help us here. This harness is going away soon but we should probably keep perfherder submission going as long as it's easy.

android talos was updated May 22, odd that it stopped on july 22 unless this is a mozharness change.  I suspect we need to add some cli params for android only there.

I think the mozharness changes in bug 1172918 made the android harness stop outputting the TALOSDATA blob.

Hmm, that seems not to have run the android talos tests. :jmaher, do you know why? 

Here was the commit message: `try: -b o -p android-api-9,android-api-11 -u none -t all `

I experimented with the trigger all talos jobs option, maybe it'll work...

not sure why all the other platforms are built.  For the record we don't do all the android stuff in the all talos scripts, but triggerbyfilter.py from mozci would do it :)

As for why the original commit message failed, I have no idea :(

Ok, after manually retriggering using mozci, I got one talos job that succeeded and produced TALOSDATA:
