Description:
The user goes to Settings > Sounds > Manage Tones . They select the ellipses after one of the default ringtones, Share Ringtone, and choose Messages. When the message is received by another device, the message will show the name of the file. However, when the file is played, it will show unknown for the Title, artist, and album. Once the file is saved by the recipient, the title of song appears as the correct ringtone name.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150731163020
2) Go to Settings > Sounds > Manage Tones.
3) Select a default tone, and tap the ellipses.
4) Share the ringtone, select Messages, and send to another device.
5) On the second device observe the file name, and then play file.


Actual:
When the shared ringtone is played it displays Unknown title, Unknown artist, and Unknown album.


Expected:
When a shared ringtone is played, the name of the ringtone appears as the title.

Note: This does not appear to occur with custom ringtones, only with the default ones.

Issue reproduces on Flame 2.5, Flame 2.2, Flame 2.1, and Flame 2.0.
