119006 - Mozilla doesn't start maximized / open a link maximized

win2k build 20020109.. 

Mozilla doesn't start maximized (I always use mozilla maximized).
(also "open a link" in a new window isn't maximized)

This is a regression from the last 24-48h.

I first noticed this with mail/news.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open mail/news window
2. Maximize mail/news window
3. Close mail/news window
4. Reopen mail/news window

Expected results:
mail/news is maximized

Actual results:
mail/news is back to default size

Broken on 2002010903 WinME
Works  on 2002010803 WinME

to know that some of the stuff I do is occasionally visible.
