Steps to reproduce:

Starting Firefor, or Aurora, always crashes after the recent Websense update has been pushed out.  Refreshing or starting with a clean profile doesn't help.

The crash signature is https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/e5e3fb97-07f5-4f52-913b-447d92150729.  It seems there was a similar problem with Firefox 6 that went away - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=682912

Expected results:

It shoudn't crash.

in bug 828184 it got blocklisted. Perhaps time to do it again?

I haven't contacted Websense, but will do so if that's the way to proceed.

I'm using Version 8.0, build 2081, Policy engine version 8.0.0.153 of Websense, not sure if that's the latest, but it doesn't update when I tell it to search for updates.

This is reproducible, every time I start Firefox or Aurora and try to navigate to a website.  

I don't have any other internal systems available to test on at the moment, I will search for another user who had Websense pushed out to them and see if they have the same problem.
We have the same problem. websense client version 8.0  Build 2081  Policy Engine version 8.0.1.129 . I filed a report to websense. They do not seem to know about the problem.
There's also bug 1181091 about crashes on startup, mentioning websense.

IMO this is a duplicate of bug 1181091.
