Description:
When the user is in an app where the status bar is not visible and they lock and unlock the phone they can see the status bar for a moment while the phone unlocks.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150803030210
2) Open gallery
3) Lock phone
4) Unlock phone
5) Observe top of screen

Actual:
Users can see status bar icons at the top of the screen for a moment

Expected:
It is expected that the user cannot see status bar icons at the top of the screen when the app doesnt show the status bar.

This issue DOES occur on Aries 2.5.
