debug style rules in mathml.css

There are lots of debugging style rules in mathml.css, e.g. making <mi> elements
red. These are a little disturbing when using MathML on a regular basis. ;-)
I'd like to propose that we remove these from the tip. If you need them for
developing, you can always add them back in to your own tree's mathml.css. :-)
This is especially important as we near 1.0 and, hopefully, the enabling of
MathML for everyone.
Also desirable is a decent nomenclature for the -moz-math-mouthful cruff.
... and some alternate style sheets so that I can flip on/off my debug rules :-)
But more seriously, if there was the UI for alternate style sheets, flipping
between style sheets with "TeX fonts" or "Mathematica fonts" can be an item in
the demos.
Fixed while I was doing the work to support MathML styling attributes.
