Description:
When the user has a white background wallpaper they will be unable to see the time on the lockscreen. this also occurs with other very light wallpapers. when there are notifications it is possible to see the time

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150805121714
2) Set the wallpaper to have a white background on the top half of the screen.
3) Lock the phone
4) Press lock button again to show lockscreen
5) Observe screen

Actual:
User cant see the time

Expected:
It is expected that there are drop down shadows or some function to allow users to see time with light bockgrounds

This issue DOES occur on Aries 2.5 and all Flame builds back to Flame 2.0.

Well I have a patch at Bug 1198324 which is talking the same symptom, so even this is a earlier bug I still mark dup. If it's wrong please correct me.
