Looks like a good complement feature, ni harly to dispatch the right person for utility tray feature.
Component: Gaia::Settings → Gaia::System::Status bar, Utility tray, Notification

I think it will be good to follow what we did with Wifi, when user turns Wifi on, if there is a Wifi access point that user has previously connected to, it will auto connects to that access point. If there is no known access point in the vicinity or after 5 seconds, system will take user to Wifi settings. So probably we can do something similar with BT. Any thoughts?

See also bug 1177661, for wifi at least. I think I prefer that workflow, since it's more predictable (it works really nicely on Android). Having "magic" behaviour is just going to lead to user confusion, like seen in bug 1208998: > * Wifi is just on or off, but also sometimes a few seconds after touching it, will load the Wifi page in the Settings app!
