If you go to tinderbox, and make the browser wider or smaller, you'll notice
that a copy of the Ports IFRAME (the small window displaying ports-status)
appears and disappears at the top rightmost corner of the page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to URL
1a. make sure top of page is in view
2. resize window (any direction)
Expected Results: the IFRAME should stay put.

The behaviour of the Iframe is correct in the URL given. The Iframe is moving
according to the window resizing.. I think this is an invalid bug
Summary: iframe ports @ tinderbox blinks at top of page when resizing window → iframe ports @ tinderbox blinks at top of page when resizing window
well, this bug is not only about an MOVING iframe (it does that just perfectly),
it is also about ANOTHER COPY OF IT APPEARING where it shouldn't (emphasis mine :)
every pixel i resize the window here, the copy appears/disappears.
the cool part is (just discovered it), if the 'original' iframe is not
completely visible because the window is not high enough, the 'copy' becomes
smaller too.
will try to make screenshot, have no high hopes though.
trying to get some attention....
