When visiting this page, I can tell from the HTML source that there is a table
of employees. There are no LAYER tricks or other funny HTML code as far as I can
see. Yet only the topmost table frame (which contains a generic page header from
this site, sort of like a page title) is rendered.
http://www.research.ibm.com/dar/people.html
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit page
2.Expect to see contents
3.Be disappointed
Actual Results: Basically an empty page, with just a table caption with the
"welcome to IBM research" banner
Expected Results: Contents of table should be displayed
