Nemo hey the reason I added this was because a lot of Mozilla is using it ps I can tell you there is over 200 by the looks as there is a Mozillians one and it's always full ps I changed a bit more to the code and jenkins has checked it and said it looks fine for code wise

Verified on stage:

* Edit profile has "External Accounts" entry for "Telegram"
* Added telegram entry to my profile successfully
* Link rendered to my profile page redirected to a telegram chat for the specified user.
