Everytime a webpassword is needed. Mozilla ask for the master passwd.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter Menue Edit/Prefs/Privacy/Master Password
2.Click on the OK Button
3.

Actual Results:  Everytime a webpassword is needed. Mozilla ask for the master
passwd. 


Expected Results:  Just ask for the first time, how it is configured

After I reset the the value signon.expireMasterPassword form true to false  in
prefs.js everything is alright, till the next time I repeat the steps.
