Details

The sidebar does not save the state of its panels when its closed, so that when
it is shut then reopened, the panels have assumed their default state.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Load apprunner, wait for MozillaZine to load.
2) Double click "related links" in sidebar to expand related links list.
3) Close the sidebar.
4) Reopen the sidebar, the folders will have all snapped shut again.

Expected behaviour:
When one closes the sidebar, it should not modify the panels (e.g. should not
close folders in what's related panel). When you open the sidebar, it should
look just as when you closed it.

Looking at the JavaScript, it seems that the SRC of the sidebar frame is set on
every open/close. I thought this might be the problem, and removed the lines (in
toggle_open_close(), @ contentframe.js), but to no luck.
