User Story

As a user I'd like a way to manually collapse the browser chrome when the page can not be scrolled

Note that once we have this we can enable expanding browser chrome in apps as well as browser windows.
Francis, Eric, I suggest adding some kind of up arrow to the top left hand side of the status bar when browser chrome is collapsed, with a fairly wide touch target. Tapping the arrow will collapse the browser chrome. What do you think?

I recommend doing a mockup of what a private browsing window would look like with this arrow. Seems like you might have a lot of controls. In that case, you can potentially have the following: - Back Button - Forward Button - Private Browsing Mask - SSL Icon

In that case, > you can potentially have the following: > > - Back Button > - Forward Button > - Private Browsing Mask > - SSL Icon I have the same concerns as Kevin in normal and private browsing. Would the user be able to figure out a swipe up on the rocket bar to collapse (similar to notifications)? Let's see what Francis thinks. Leaving ni on myself to keep track of this bug.
We will be removing the forward button from the browser chrome (spec to come). I spoke with Eric and we're also in favour of removing the private browsing mask.
