User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0 Build ID: 20150708165822 Steps to reproduce: Open a Website with Firefox 39 that have an empty or too long "Title" HTML-Element. If you like to print a page in Firefox with Cups (Fedora 22, Gnome 3.16.2) an error appears in the logs and the printer does not print. Actual results: Part of my Log (journalctl): Aug 07 00:39:41 solar dbus[864]: [system] Rejected send message, 10 matched rules; type="method_return", sender=":1.3" (uid=70 pid=876 comm="avahi-daemon: starting up ") interface="(unset)" member="(unset)" error name="(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination=":1.332" (uid=1000 pid=17860 comm="/usr/lib64/firefox/firefox ") Aug 07 00:39:41 solar cupsd[11172]: [Client 13532] Returning IPP client-error-attributes-or-values-not-supported for Print-Job (ipp://localhost:631/printers/MX880) from localhost Aug 07 00:39:41 solar systemd[1]: Started CUPS Scheduler. ------- My System: Fedora 22 Linux solar 4.1.3-201.fc22.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Jul 29 19:50:22 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux ------- Cups Version: Name : cups Arch : x86_64 Epoch : 1 Version : 2.0.3 Release : 1.fc22 With Chrome, i can print the same Website without error. Expected results: If i change the Website Title with Developer Tools, the page is printed perfectly and there are no errors in the Log.
