OM is requesting that the ACL app be launched once it's been installed. This does not needto happen as part of the mozActivity.

I just installed ACL on the OpenC2 with W595_0804_USER_AMR.pac firmware via the marketplace webactivity and ACL did not launch.

Were you testing with stage? This has not landed in prod yet, it will at the Target Milestone date at the latest.
