Assuming this is related:

User is unable to import Contacts from their SIM during FTU

Repro Steps:
1) Update aries to 20150807116257 (full flash RC4 => OTA Channel: 'dogfood-latest')
2) Reset device (to reach the FTU)
3) Step through to import contacts from SIM
4) Tap import contacts from SIM

Actual:
Button flashes, no action is performed. Cannot import from SIM

Expected:
Dialog appears importing contacts from SIM

Caused by changes made in Bug 1180627.

Bug 1180627 comment 6 indicated that the patch has been backed out, and I've confirmed on latest b2g-inbound build ID 20150807105308 that this issue is no longer occurring due to backout.

a regression of bug 1180627 in Gaia instead according to comment 4.

After bug 1180627 have backed out, this bug no longer occurs on the latest Flame KK v2.5 and Aries KK v2.5 by the STR in comment 3.

Actual results: User can import contacts from SIM card successfully in FTU.
