Details

CTRL + Arrow keys, and CTRL-Shift + Arrow Keys is displaying lots of weirdness.
 None of these key strokes should be doing what they're doing, launching new
browser windows, new compose windows, new IM windows.  

Using: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020110
Netscape6/6.2.1+


What I've noticed so far.
Within the browser:
CTRL+Up arrow or CTRL+Down arrow should not open a new browser window.  
Expected that CTRL+N opens a new browser window.  
Shift-CTRL+Up or down arrow should not open up composer.  
CTRL+5 should open up composer


Within a Mail compose window:
CTRL+left arrow should not open a browser it should  be a tab to the next word.  
Shift-CTRL+Up arrow should not open up composer.  CTRL+5 should open up composer
